A lucky New Jersey man will become a millionaire in 2022 after hitting the jackpot at an Atlantic City casino.
Dave J. won more than $2.8 million at Golden Nugget Atlantic City on Jan. 19, according to a press release. He wagered $6 on a penny Monopoly Money Grab slot machine and won the progressive jackpot.
Golden Nugget’s spending is considered to be the largest in 2022, according to state gaming regulators, who did not win the million-dollar jackpot in the first half of January.
Last year, won five times over $1 million in progressive jackpots at a casino in Atlantic City or on an online gambling site in New Jersey.
